We all seem to feel alone at times. It doesn't matter whether we are living like a hermit or with a large family; whether we practice our spirituality "on our own", or within a spiritual community surrounded by many like-minded individuals. The experience of aloneness versus connectedness (or "All-One-ness") has nothing to do with anything in form, but is solely the result of a choice you are making this very instant. As Lesson 5 in the Workbook of A Course in Miracles teaches us, "I am never upset for the reason I think". Another way of saying this could be, "I am never feeling alone for the reason I think." Therefore, it's really a question of: are you supporting the ego or the Christ? What is your present purpose, and where are you focusing your attention?

When you support the purpose of Christ (healing, awakening, inner peace, etc.), you can feel it in your heart and throughout your entire being. You feel alive. You know you are willing to face your fears and transcend them, instead of running away and pretending they do not exist. You are making spiritual progress, and can feel the joy of taking the leaps of faith along this amazing mystical journey we all share. And as an effect of your choice, you have opened to the realization that you have never been alone; that you are constantly surrounded by angels and lovers, whether visible or not. As Jesus says in A Course in Miracles:

You do not walk alone. God's angels hover near and all about. His Love surrounds you, and of this be sure; that I will never leave you comfortless.

HOW TO JOIN
We use a free software/app called Zoom, which allows for group video-conferencing. To join the online event, simply RSVP below, and you will be sent an email with the event invitation link. Click this link at or before the start time (10 minutes early is recommended). It will then prompt you to download or launch the Zoom app on your computer, laptop, or mobile device. You'll then be entered into our video meeting where we can see each other and interact. During the meeting you'll also be able to send chats, raise your hand to ask questions, turn on and off your camera as desired, and more. ABOUT ERIK
Erik Archbold is a singer-songwriter and musician-minister within the Living Miracles spiritual community, based on the modern-day spiritual classic known as A Course in Miracles (also ACIM, or "the Course"). In 2009, after studying the Course for five years, he felt guided to take a leap of faith, leaving his a lucrative hypnotherapy career for a life focused solely on music and spiritual truth. He was then guided into a Holy Spirit-arranged marriage (which lasted until 2013), during which time he and his wife traveled, sang, and were used by Spirit in many ways.

In his desire to live with others who were deeply living the Course, he began volunteering for the Living Miracles community which is based on the teachings of modern-day mystic David Hoffmeister.
