We have found that these live online retreats are a very deep and profound experience for all who come together with this intention for Awakening. As a gift to yourself, we suggest clearing your weekend so you can be fully present. Let your friends and family know that you are in retreat so you can limit the distractions of the world. Set your space for a reverent, loving, inward experience. This is your time with the Spirit. You deserve it!

1. What will be the session times during the retreat?
Schedule
- All session times below are listed in: CDMX (Central Daylight Time, Mexico)
- For an optimal experience, we suggest being logged on 10 minutes before the sessions begin to make sure your tech is all working and ready to go!

Friday
Take your seat 6:30 p.m. (convert time)
Opening session 7:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.
Saturday
1st session 10:00 a.m. (convert time) - 12:00 p.m.
Movie session 3:00 p.m. (convert time) - 6:00 p.m.
Sunday
Closing session 10:00 a.m. (convert time) - 12:00 p.m. (We'll end when it feels complete, sometime by noon.)
2. What type of computer or equipment will I need to have?
You will need a computer that has a webcam and microphone (most computers come with those built-in) or a mobile device (smartphone, tablet, etc.). You will also need to have a good internet connection.
For optimal audio quality, we also recommend using a pair of headphones or earbuds.
3. How will I be able to join the retreat? Do I need to be technically savvy?
No! It will be quite simple actually. Once you register, we will be sending you some basic instructions for how to join us. If you have any difficulty, we have a tech support person who can help you.
