If you are opening up to a deeper experience of Spirit, or have hit a ceiling with your spiritual practice, this retreat can be an answer to your prayer. In order to come into an authentic experience of your inner wisdom, it is essential to spend time within with yourSelf and to simply be still without the constant consumption of books, teachers and countless videos. This is a soulful journey with profound results, as they come from deep within yourself.
As a retreatant from our last silent retreat shared so eloquently: “I have been given the gift of Acceptance. I have been given the gift of a light deep within myself.”
You have an opportunity to spend 18 days immersed in a deep experience. (One week stays see below.) Support sessions are offered by the facilitators throughout the retreat to help you to drop deeper into the experience of stillness.
Inside the silence of your heart, there is an open doorway. As we slip through this doorway from the unending thoughts and distractions of the world, we enter into a fresh new reality. This new reality emerges naturally during time devoted to deep contemplation, meditation, and rest. Taking an extended period of time to open to this experience is a gift to yourself.

Poulstone Court, our home for this retreat, is a charming Victorian country estate providing a nurturing environment for this 18 day retreat. Located on the border of the mystical land of Wales, close to the Forest of Dean, this gracious setting is the perfect place to support your inward journey.
The artful landscape provides a place of peace and welcome, where the ancient trees, flowers, fragrances, wildlife hold the space for dropping gently into the Stillness of the Heart. Stroll amongst the beautiful old beech trees and orchard, or take quiet contemplation and reflection in the walled garden. Venture down to the River Wye to take in the calming sounds of flowing water. Here, Love’s answer is inevitable.
