A Course in Miracles teacher Kirsten Buxton has recently published a new book, I Married a Mystic; a ‘how to guide’ for awakening. Kirsten will guide participants through a transformational ‘Levels of Mind’ process. This highly effective inner inquiry tool is based on the teachings of A Course in Miracles; that we experience the world based on the beliefs within our mind. By acknowledging and allowing the healing on all ‘levels’— perceptual, emotional, thought, belief, and desire—we learn how the mind works and are empowered to undo the ego. Once we’re familiar with this simple and yet profound practice, it can be used at any time to return to peace.
