You must fill in the form below to RSVP, before 10 a.m. Mountain Time, Sunday, November 15, 2015.

PREPARATION
There are two ways to join.

By Computer
You will need good internet, access to a computer, a headset/earbuds, and to download the free zoom software.

By Phone
You will need a phone with a long distance plan, as charges may be incurred.

If you have RSVP'd, you will receive an email from [email protected] with a meeting link and a nine-digit phone code at 10:40 a.m. Mountain Time Sunday. This will allow you to participate in the service by computer or phone.
